Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided on the homepage of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd.

Article 2 (Definition)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

User: A person who receives services provided by Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. in accordance with these terms and conditions

Use contract: A contract signed between Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. and users in connection with the use of the service.

Subscription: The act of completing the service use contract by filling in the relevant information in the application form provided by Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. and agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this site

User number (ID): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. for member identification and member service use

Password: A combination of alphabets, numbers, and special characters set by the user to protect the member's information

Place of use: Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. or a member expresses the intention to terminate the service contract after using the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)

Members may request withdrawal (termination) if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions, and if they continue to use the service without expressing their intention to refuse even after 7 days from the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the terms and conditions. .

It takes effect by posting it on the service screen of this agreement or by notifying it through a notice board or other method.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. may change the contents of these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed terms and conditions will be notified on the service screen. You are deemed to have agreed.

If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, they can stop using the service and cancel their member registration.If you continue to use the service, you are considered to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Applicable Regulations)

Matters not specified in this agreement are subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related laws.

Chapter 2 service use contract

Article 5 (establishment of use contract)

The contract of use is established with the consent of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. to the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.

Article 6 (application for use)

Application for use can be made on the member information screen of the service by recording personal information on the application form requested by the user from Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd.

Article 7 (approval of application for use)

If a member applies for use by accurately filling out all the details of the application, the application for use of the service is accepted unless there are special circumstances. In the following cases, we may not consent to use.

When you did not apply with your real name

When applying in the name of another person

If the contents of the application for use are falsely entered

When an application is made for the purpose of hindering the well-being and order or morals of society

When the application requirements set by Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. are not met

Article 8 (change of contract details)

Members must correct any changes to the information entered at the time of application for use, and members are responsible for any problems arising from failure to modify them.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Obligations of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd.)

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. does not disclose or distribute the member's personal information known in relation to the provision of the service to a third party without the consent of the person. However, this is not the case when there is a request from a state agency in accordance with laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, when there is a request for investigation of a crime, or when there is a request by procedures set forth in other related laws.

Article 10 (Member's obligations)

When using the service, members must not perform any of the following actions.

Misuse of another member's ID

Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the service to a third party

Acts that infringe on the copyright of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. and other rights such as the copyright of a third party

Distributing content that violates public order and morals

Acts that are objectively judged to be associated with crime

Acts that violate other related laws

Members cannot conduct business activities using the service, and Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the results of the use of the service.

Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to others, and cannot provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 service use

Article 11 (Member's obligations)

Members are responsible for the maintenance of their e-mails, bulletin boards, registration data, etc., as necessary.

Members cannot arbitrarily delete or change the data provided by Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd.

Members shall not register on the homepage of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. any content that violates public order and morals or that infringes other rights such as copyrights of a third party. Members are responsible for all the consequences of posting such content.

Article 12 (post management and deletion)

For efficient service operation, the member's memory space, message size, and number of days to be kept can be limited, and if the contents to be registered fall under any of the following items, it can be deleted without prior notice

Content that defames another member or a third party or defames by slander

If the content violates public order and morals

If the content is recognized as being linked to a criminal act

If the content violates the copyright of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. or the copyright of a third party

When a member posts pornography on the homepage and bulletin board of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. or links to pornography sites

If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws

Article 13 (Copyright of post)

The copyright of the post belongs to the publisher himself, and the member cannot commercially use the material posted on the service, such as processing and selling the information obtained using the service.

Article 14 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special problem in business or technology. However, this is not the case for reasons such as regular inspections.

Article 15 (Responsibilities for Service Use)

Using the service, hacking, linking to obscene sites, illegal distribution of commercial S/W, etc. are not allowed, and with regard to the results and losses of business activities caused by the violation, and legal actions by related organizations, Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. Is not responsible.

Article 16 (suspension of service provision)

In the following cases, the provision of the service may be suspended.

In case it is unavoidable due to construction, such as repair of service facilities

When the telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services

When a system check is required

In case of other force majeure reasons

Chapter 5 Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use)

When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself must apply for termination through the Internet, and Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. will take action after confirming the identity.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd., when a member commits any of the following acts, shall notify the user of the intention 30 days before the termination action and give the user an opportunity to state their opinions.

In case of stealing someone else's user ID and password

If you intentionally interfere with the operation of the service

In case of false registration application

When the same user double-registers with a different ID

In the case of dissemination of content that hinders public order and morals

In the event of an act that damages the reputation of others or causes disadvantage

When transmitting a large amount of information or transmitting advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the service

In case of distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc.

In case of infringement of the intellectual property rights of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. or other members or third parties

In case of illegal use of other's personal information, user ID and password

When a member posts pornographic material on his or her homepage or bulletin board, or links to an obscene site

If it is judged to be in violation of other related laws

Chapter 6 Others

Article 18 (Prohibition of Transfer)

Members cannot transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status in the contract of use to others, and cannot provide this as collateral.

Article 19 (Compensation for Damage)

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damages incurred to members in relation to the services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the intentional or gross negligence of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd.

Article 20 (disclaimer)

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to natural disaster, war, or other equivalent force majeure.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any obstacles in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is not liable for any damages caused by the benefits that members expect from using the service or data obtained through the service.

Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. is not responsible for the contents of information, data, facts, reliability, accuracy, etc. posted by members in the service.

Article 21 (Competent Court)

If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court that has jurisdiction over the location of Bigsun Systems Co., Ltd. will be the exclusive jurisdiction court.

Supplementary provisions

(Effective date) These terms and conditions will be effective from January 1, 2020.
